Important Notes:
1.) Contactless Stay – No On-Site Staff.
We operate entirely contact-free and are not personally on site. It is therefore very important that you carefully read the check-in information, which we will send to you in advance via email. Only with this information will you be able to access the chalet, as it contains the code for your digital door lock, along with other essential details for your arrival and stay.

2.) Online Check-In & Tourist Tax
Since we are not present on site, we require the personal details of all guests in advance for check-in and guest registration. You will receive all relevant instructions by email in good time. The tourist tax is not included in the total price.

Check-In:
Check-in starts from 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please contact us at least one day in advance. We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as it depends on current bookings. However, we’ll be happy to let you know on short notice as soon as the chalet is ready for you. 😉

Check-Out:
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Please respect this time, as the chalet must be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. A late check-out cannot be guaranteed and depends on current bookings and the schedule of our cleaning team. Please inquire at least one day in advance if you wish to request a late check-out.

Parking:
You can park directly in front of the chalet with max. 1 car in the spaces marked "Privatparkplatz" or next to the wall by the entrance door. Please ensure that the far-right path leading to the restaurant "Ciketto" remains clear at all times.

Flexible & Independent Self Check-In:
We are not present on site, so your check-in will be easy and contactless via a digital door lock. You will receive all necessary check-in information via email 2 days before your arrival. Before and during your stay, we are always available for you via phone, email, or WhatsApp!

Online Check-In in Advance:
Since we are not on site, we require the personal details of all guests prior to arrival for online check-in and guest registration.

Tourist Tax:
Until 31/10/2026, the tourist tax is €2.90 per adult/night. From 01/11/2026, the tourist tax will be €4.50 per adult/night. The amount is set by the local municipality and may change at short notice. The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately. You will receive the payment information as well as the online check-in link approximately 10 days before arrival by email.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed, in order to accommodate guests with pet hair allergies.

Ideally, you’ll reach the chalet by car. There are private parking spaces in front of the house for up to 3 cars. Therefore, for your suite there is space for 1 car.

Public transportation:
From Vienna via Klagenfurt – to Villach or Spittal/Millstätter See
From Germany – via Salzburg to Spittal/Millstätter See
From Spittal or Villach, regular bus services run to Bad Kleinkirchheim and Feld am See (distance from both towns – approx. 30 km).
