House rules

Dear guests!


We look forward to welcoming you soon and wish you a relaxing and pleasant stay.


Our accommodations have been furnished with great care and attention to detail so that you feel completely at ease and can enjoy your time with us.


The following house rules serve as a guide for harmonious coexistence and a smooth stay. We kindly ask you to observe them and thank you for treating our accommodations with respect. This will help us ensure that future guests also have an equally pleasant stay.


Generally

All items in the accommodation, including those on the balcony and in the outdoor areas, are for your use. Please treat the furnishings and inventory with care and as if they were your own home. Please also ensure that all guests adhere to the house rules.


Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM so that it can be prepared in time for the next guests.


Digital door lock

Two days before arrival you will receive an email with all important information as well as your personal 6-digit access code and instructions for the digital door lock.


Kitchen

Please treat the kitchen equipment and appliances with care. Dishes, pots, and cutlery should only be put away clean and dry. Always use trivets or coasters for hot items and only use a cutting board for chopping. Please leave the oven and microwave clean.


Damage

Accidents can happen – please let us know as soon as they occur. This will allow us to investigate and resolve the issue immediately. The renter is liable for any damages up to the replacement cost.


Parties & Events

Parties and events are not allowed in our accommodations. You will find plenty of options for going out in the town center.


Heating

Please pay attention to conscious and energy-saving heating habits.


Smoke

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Any damage (e.g., burn marks) will be charged to your bill.


Pets

Pets are not allowed to ensure a pleasant stay for allergy sufferers. In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee (starting at €200 depending on the accommodation).


Noise levels & quiet hours

Please be considerate of other guests and keep the volume (music, TV, etc.) at a level appropriate for your room. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.


Visitors

Visitors are welcome for short periods. However, overnight guests who have not registered are not permitted.


Waste separation

Please separate your waste at the accommodation and dispose of it in the designated containers by the house.


Cleaning

Final cleaning will be carried out by our cleaning service. However, we kindly ask you to remove any major dirt beforehand and leave the apartment swept clean.


Internet / Wi-Fi

Our Wi-Fi is available free of charge during your stay. Sharing the access data with third parties is not permitted. Please note that use of the Wi-Fi is at your own risk and we accept no liability for damages or data loss.


Environment

We care about the environment. Please switch off lights and appliances when they are not needed and use water consciously.


Right of domicile

As landlords, we reserve the right to enter the accommodation if necessary (e.g., in case of emergency). Of course, we will inform you in advance whenever possible.


Duty of care

Please treat the accommodation with care and ensure that all guests adhere to the house rules. Doors and windows must be closed and the door lock locked upon departure. We accept no liability for personal valuables.
