With ALPSTAY, we operate high-quality holiday accommodations in Carinthia – with a keen eye for design, quality, and detail.
Our accommodations are designed for guests who value comfort, aesthetics, a relaxing getaway, and that certain something extra. Our goal is to create places where you feel at home from the very first moment – whether you're on vacation, looking to unwind, or simply seeking a special time in the mountains.

WHERE IT ALL COMES TOGETHER
We are Daniela and Tom – the founders of ALPSTAY. We started with our first apartment in 2023 and have been developing ALPSTAY step by step ever since – with great passion, a high standard of quality and the goal of creating special places.
What unites us is our shared experience:
Tourism and hospitality – combined with many unforgettable travels and impressions from around the world. Tom brings the operational know-how and practical skills – from technical processes and pricing to guest communication.
Daniela is responsible for the creative and strategic side – from marketing to interior design – and ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Together, we combine structure with emotion – creating a unique experience for our guests.
Our claim
We work digitally and efficiently – but always with a personal touch. Our accommodations shouldn't just look good, but also feel good. With clean lines, high-quality details, and little extras that make all the difference. We want you to feel welcome with us – and to want to come back again.
Where we are headed
Our current focus is on Bad Kleinkirchheim. In the long term, we want to further expand ALPSTAY and develop other touristically interesting regions in Carinthia – together with suitable partners and special properties.
