  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is cleaned earlier, we will gladly inform you and you can check in earlier. Please check out by 10:00 AM so that our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the accommodation for the next guests.

  • Are pets allowed in the accommodations?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments and chalets. This is to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay for guests with allergies.

  • How does check-in work with ALPSTAY?

    Check-in is flexible and contactless, using a digital access code for the door lock or a key box. This allows you to arrive at your convenience, whenever it suits you best. You will receive detailed check-in information and your code via email a few days before your arrival.

  • Are bed linen and towels included in the price?

    Yes, bed linen and towels are already prepared for your stay.

  • Are the kitchens fully equipped?

     Yes, all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Only the "Eulennest" apartment does not have a dishwasher. Otherwise, you will find everything you need. Basic supplies such as coffee, tea, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper are also provided.  

  • What types of coffee machines are there?

    At Chalet Bergblick, you'll find a Nespresso capsule machine. You can use standard, compatible capsules, which are available in all supermarkets. Our ALPSTAY Apartments feature a Philips Senseo pod machine. The corresponding coffee pods are also widely available and offer a convenient and more environmentally friendly alternative. To help you get started, all accommodations include a small starter kit for your first one to two days.

  • Is there fast Wi-Fi in the accommodations?

    Yes, all accommodations have fast, stable Wi-Fi – ideal for a workation.

  • Is there an electric vehicle charging station?

    At Chalet Bergblick, an electric vehicle charging station is available directly at the accommodation. This can be used for a separate charging fee. Additionally, there are several public charging stations in Bad Kleinkirchheim.
