Welcome to our ALPSTAY "Eulennest" holiday apartment - right next to the Nockalmbahn cable car valley station in Bad Kleinkirchheim. This Alpine-chic furnished apartment offers you the perfect retreat after an extensive day on the mountain. Simply arrive and unwind!

Located in an absolutely quiet area between Bad Kleinkirchheim and St. Oswald, it provides enough space for up to 4 people. There is a bedroom with a queen-size box spring bed and a cosy sofa bed in the living room with a bed frame & mattress (queen-size).

The tastefully and modernly furnished rooms convey warmth and cosiness. The fully equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare your favourite dishes. We are happy to provide you with a basic kitchen supply, such as dishwashing liquid & tabs, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, a few tea bags & coffee capsules, free of charge!

Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a spacious terrace with a small garden. Here you can ideally review your eventful day in the mountains.

1.) We operate contactless & are not personally on-site
Therefore, it is very important to read the check-in information that we will send you 2 days before arrival. Only then will you get access to your apartment, as the code for your digital door lock will be in there, as well as further important information for your arrival & your stay.

2.) Online Check-In in advance & Tourist tax

Since we are not personally on-site, we need the personal data for check-in and guest registration in advance from all travellers. You will receive all information for this by email in a timely manner. The tourist tax is not included in the total price.

Check-In:
Check-in starts from 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, please contact us at least one day in advance. We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as it depends on the current booking situation.

Check-Out:
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Please adhere to this, as the apartment needs to be cleaned for the next guests afterward. We cannot guarantee a late check-out, as it depends on the current booking situation and our cleaning team. Please request this at least one day in advance. 

Parking:
You can park directly in front of the holiday apartment with a maximum of one car. Please park in a way that allows other tenants to have enough space as well. If you arrive with more than one car, you can first unload your luggage directly at the apartment and then park your car for free across from the large parking lot of the Nockalmbahn cable car valley station. (150 m)

Flexible & independent self-check-in:
We will not be personally present on-site, so you can easily and conveniently check-in by yourself using a digital door lock. You will receive all necessary check-in information from us via email 2 days before your arrival. We are also available for you at any time during your journey via phone, email, & WhatsApp!

Online Check-in in advance:

Since we are not personally on-site, we need the personal data of all travellers for guest registration as part of the online check-in before your arrival.

Tourist tax:
Until 31/10/2026, the tourist tax is €2.90 per adult/night. From 01/11/2026, the tourist tax will be €4.50 per adult/night. The amount is set by the local municipality and may change at short notice. The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately. You will receive the payment information as well as the online check-in link approximately 10 days before arrival by email.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed to accommodate guests with pet hair allergies.

Ideally, you can reach our holiday apartment by car. No matter which direction you enter Bad Kleinkirchheim from, at the height of the Bäckerei Weissensteiner/Restaurant Adriana, there is a junction towards St. Oswald/Brunnach - you need to take this turn.

After about 5 minutes of driving, you will come to a sharp right curve where the turn-off to Buchenstraße is, and you will have arrived.

Public Transportation:
From Vienna via Klagenfurt – to Villach or Spittal/Millstätter See
From Germany – Salzburg to Spittal/Millstätter See
Regular buses run from Spittal or Villach to Bad Kleinkirchheim and Feld am See (distance between the two cities – approximately 30 km).

Once you have reached Bad Kleinkirchheim, simply take the Kärntner Linien bus 5144 towards Brunnach Biosphärenparkbahn and get out at the Nockalmbahn Talstation (valley station) stop - right outside our doorstep - just after a few minutes.
