Welcome to our holiday apartment Rosie Apartment “Nockalm” - #205 - at the Rosie Design Chalet in Bad Kleinkirchheim. This modern apartment offers the perfect retreat for the whole family after a long day of hiking or skiing. Simply arrive, relax & unwind!

Located in the peaceful district of St. Oswald, the apartment offers one bedroom (for up to 3 guests) as well as an additional sofa bed in the living room (for max. 2 children), providing enough space for up to 5 guests (max. 3 adults). The stylish and modern interior creates a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals at home. We also provide some basic kitchen essentials free of charge, including dishwashing liquid & dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea bags and coffee capsules for the Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine.

Furthermore, the apartment features a bathroom with shower as well as a large sunny balcony where you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the afternoon and perfectly end an eventful day in the mountains.

Important Information:

1.) We operate contactless & are not personally on site
Therefore, it is very important to carefully read the check-in information that we will send you by email before arrival. Only with this information will you be able to access your apartment, as it contains the code for your key box as well as other important arrival and stay instructions.

2.) Online Check-In & Tourist Tax
As we are not personally on site, we require the personal details of all guests in advance for check-in and guest registration purposes. You will receive all necessary information by email in good time before arrival. The tourist tax is not included in the total price.

Check-In:
Check-in starts from 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please contact us at least one day in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an early check-in, as it depends on the current booking situation.

Check-Out:
Check-out is until 10:00 AM at the latest. Please make sure to leave on time, as the apartment needs to be cleaned for the next guests afterwards. A late check-out cannot be guaranteed and depends on the booking situation as well as our cleaning team. Please request this at least one day in advance.

Parking:
You can park at the assigned parking space #205 directly in front of the apartment building with a maximum of 1 car.

Flexible & Self Check-In:
As we will not be personally on site, you can conveniently check yourself in via key box. All necessary check-in information will be sent to you by email 2 days before arrival. Before and during your stay, we are always available by phone, email & WhatsApp if needed!

Online Check-In:
As we are not personally on site, we require the personal details of all guests before arrival as part of the online check-in for guest registration purposes.

Tourist Tax:
Until 31/10/2026, the tourist tax is €2.90 per adult/night. From 01/11/2026, the tourist tax will be €4.50 per adult/night. The amount is set by the local municipality and may change at short notice. The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately. You will receive the payment information as well as the online check-in link approximately 10 days before arrival by email.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in order to also accommodate guests with pet hair allergies.

The best way to reach the Rosie Design Chalet is by car. No matter from which direction you enter Bad Kleinkirchheim, there is a turn-off towards St. Oswald/Brunnach near the Weissensteiner bakery and Restaurant Adriana — this is the road you need to take.

After about 6 minutes of driving, passing the Nockalmbahn cable car on your left-hand side, you will already see the turn onto Rosennockstraße — and you have arrived.

Public Transport:
- From Vienna via Klagenfurt to Villach or Spittal/Millstätter See
- From Germany via Salzburg to Spittal/Millstätter See
- From Spittal or Villach, regular buses operate to Bad Kleinkirchheim and Feld am See (distance approx. 30 km).

Once you arrive in Bad Kleinkirchheim, simply take the Kärntner Linien bus towards Brunnach Biosphärenparkbahn and get off after a few minutes at the stop “St. Oswald Hotel Schneeweiß” — located directly in front of the apartment.

You are staying in the idyllic district of St. Oswald in Bad Kleinkirchheim, surrounded by the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of the Carinthian Nockberge mountains. Right in front of your doorstep you will find the (ski) bus stop “St. Oswald Hotel Schneeweiß”, allowing you to conveniently leave your car parked during your stay.

By car, you can reach the center of St. Oswald in around 2 minutes and Bad Kleinkirchheim in approximately 6 minutes. There is plenty to discover around the Rosie Design Chalet — including some of the most beautiful hiking trails located right on your doorstep.
